Things to ask

What Claude can and can't do

Can

  • See the list of your calls and your teams' calls
  • Search what was said
  • Read summaries, action items and full transcripts
  • Name a speaker or fix a misheard name when you tell it to, and remember the spelling for next time

Can't

  • Delete anything
  • Share a call or send it anywhere
  • Spend your hours
  • See calls from teams you're not on

When you ask Claude about a call, the parts of the transcript it reads become part of that Claude chat.

If something doesn't work
